- Ensure all the service and repair of vehicles is complied to company standard operationsprocedures to gain customer (I/E) satisfaction
- Initiative plans and action to develop customer base and growth of the business
- Ensure the compliance of Safety, Health & Environment (S.H.E) standards and procedures
- Ensure the workshop loading is done effectively
