- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to inventory levels, demand forecasting, and other key supply chain metrics.
- Support the monitoring and management of inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing to maintain a smooth flow of goods through the supply chain.
- Contribute to the management of relationships with suppliers, including communication, performance tracking, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Assist in coordinating the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
- Assist in maintaining accurate documentation related to shipments, inventory levels, and other supply chain activities. Generate regular reports for analysis and decision-making.
- Collaborate with various departments such as procurement, production, and quality control to ensure effective communication and coordination across the supply chain.
- Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and meetings to enhance knowledge of supply chain principles and gain exposure to industry best practices.
