We are hiring Fresh / Experienced Sales and Chat Support Executives.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via chat to provide support and assistance.
- Resolve inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize chat interactions to identify sales opportunities and drive revenue.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Fixed pay for Fresher's (must be fluent in English)
- Phone Etiquette and knows how to interact over chat and email .
- Well-behaved and Organized.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and sales techniques is advantageous.
- Can start working with our Business Team from Monday.
Fresher: 30K to 35K
Experienced: 35K to 45K
Timings: (Night shift) 8:00 PM- 5:00 AM (Monday- Saturday)
Working days: 6 ( Monday - Saturday)
(training will be provided to freshers along with a basic salary of 35,000 pkr and punctuality incentives)
