Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook French Fries to perfection, ensuring they are crispy and seasoned well.
Prepare and fry a variety of items such as chicken, prawns, and fish following established recipes and guidelines.
Ensure food preparation areas are clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies needed for frying items.
Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and timely delivery of orders.
Maintain a high standard of food quality and presentation to meet customer expectations.
Assist in developing new recipes or menu items related to fried food offerings.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Fast Food Chef specializing in French Fries and fried items.
Knowledge of frying techniques, seasonings, and kitchen equipment related to fast food preparation.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing food items.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
Understanding of food safety standards and practices.
Certification from a culinary school or relevant food handling certificate is a plus.
