Retail Operations Manager is required for a full fledge modern store. Drives profitable sales and meets or exceeds financial plans through helping set priorities for self and the store team to deliver on KPI goals (Conversion, Units Per Transaction and Sales Per Hour). He is expected to have adequate experience and knowledge of products sourcing, customer service, sales and marketing, merchandising , maintaining POSs, Inventory management and exercise of controls.
Duties:
- Accountable for operational results in store procedures cash handling and inventory control.
- Executes store visual standards in accordance with visual merchandising direction (Place & Display Stock in the Shop)
- Develop Customer base & increase Sales volume.
- Maintain Strong Customer relationship.
