Burger Hub Lahore requires a competent and experienced restaurant manager, with minimum Bachelors degree and at least 3 years of solid managerial experience in a well established restaurant.
The job vacancy is specifically at our newly opened DHA outlet.
Duties include:
1) Managing kitchen and front supervisors, including hiring/firing and training
2) Holding kitchen and front supervisors accountable for all aspects of their shifts, including attendance, order management and customer interaction.
3) Managing all aspects of daily opening procedures, including receiving inventory, dealing with vendors
4) Holding restaurant cashiers accountable for reconciliation of daily sales, expense transactions.
5) Handling all repair maintenence of premises, including routine and emergencies.
6) Regularly liasise with head office regarding all issues, including payroll, inventory and supplies, wastage control, maintenence and HR issues.
7) Holding all supervisors accountable for customer complaints, issues and incidents.
8) Managing and developing growth and sales strategies.

Skills
-Must be able to handle equipment and resource related issues on the spot
-Must have a working knowledge of inventory management
-Computer skills, including Excel and Email
-Growth oriented, must be able to motivate staff to achieve monthly targets
-Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of food and beverages, ingredients and basic cooking techniques
