Audit assessment of washing units in the Company Supply Chain in the market for which s/he is responsible.
Control of costs according to Open Cost Calculation Sheets.
Control of second/third choice garment percentages per washing program
Participate and provide advice/support on the most efficient washing programs required to achieve required washing effects
Research and development of new washing techniques following fashion trends.
Controls the use of chemicals in washing recipes according to the Company Restricted Substance. List and advises suppliers on best alternatives substances to ensure compliance with requirements.
Responsible for in line support of washing processes for all commitments where mandatory in line support is foreseen, and liaises with AMM/MM on requirements for other priority commitments.
Supervises/Monitors suppliers final piece-by-piece garment checks and ensures conformity with the quality requirements and checks the level of garments being prepared for qcc 1 checks.
Monitors and reports on achievable delivery dates for major commitments.
