Specific Technical Skills that are required
Three (3) to Nine (9) years experience with .NET, Windows Forms, C# 4.0/SQL Server (2000/2005/2008)
Deep knowledge of the .NET 3.5/4.0 Framework, C#4.0, including Visual Studio 2008, strong knowledge of software implementation best practices
Background Required:
Minimum Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science,
