1. To manage overall sales and operations of assigned bakery outlets in an efficient and effective manner under the general guidance of ZSM Sales and Operations;

2. To assist ZSM Sales in establishing, monitoring, updating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures of sales and operations of assigned bakery outlets;

3. To be responsible for efficient sales staff management in the assigned branches, conduct On Job Training of newly hired staff;

4. To meet assigned sales targets with special focus on sales growth under the guidance of ZSM sales and operations;

5. To establish, monitor and effectively utilize customer profiling data to enhance sales growth, customer retention and maximize customer satisfaction and send report to this effect after every three months to ZSM sales and operations;

6. To establish, monitor and implement intelligent ordering system for assigned bakery outlets to place orders in a manner that JIT (just-in-time) rule is observed and minimize wastage and returns in close coordination with branch managers;

7. To prepare, monitor and update staff shift duty rosters in coordination with ZSM sales and operations; and to rotate shift duty staff (within a bakery outlet) as and when required under intimation to ZSM sales and operations;

8. To be responsible for cash reconciliation with sale transactions (of both shifts) on daily basis and report it to ZSM sales and operations in writing, stating that cash stands reconciled or otherwise;

9. To be responsible for petty cash reconciliation on daily basis and report it to ZSM sales and operations;

10. To initiate performance evaluation reports on prescribed format of staff working at assigned bakery outlets in case of annual appraisal as well as termination of probation period in coordination with branch managers and send these to concerned ZSM;

11. To conduct daily routine visits to assigned bakery outlets and also conduct surprise visits at odd hours, generate and send required reports to ZSM sales and operations, and also maintain log book of routine and surprise visits;

12. To work for team-building, keep team motivated and in good spirits for providing excellent service to customers and also retaining sales team for longer periods of time;

13. To pay special attention to on-floor training on packing, maintaining hygiene, work-flow and courteous customer service to sales staff working at assigned bakery outlets;

14. To send stock report, wastage and return reports on daily basis to ZSM sales and operations;

15. To be responsible for over or under ordering of bakery as well as miscellaneous items;

16. To do any other job assigned by ZSM and/or DGM sales and operations, Managing Director and/or the CEO.
