Human Resources Manager at Chase Value Centre will be responsible for the development and running of human resources department. Key responsibilities of HR manager will be: ·

  • Development and documentation of HR policies·
  • Documentation of Job descriptions·
  • Identification of HR gaps in consultation of department heads·
  • Leading recruitment by short-listing of candidates through CV search and interviews·
  • Development of an employee training program and implementing it to improve employee productivity and motivation·
  • Performance evaluation of all employees·
  • Dealing with all HR related government departments like SESSI, EOBI etc·
  • Payroll processing, final settlements and grievance handling·
  • Advise top management on employment related legislation·
  • To ensure overall compliance of HR polices and procedures
