Human Resources Manager at Chase Value Centre will be responsible for the development and running of human resources department. Key responsibilities of HR manager will be: ·
- Development and documentation of HR policies·
- Documentation of Job descriptions·
- Identification of HR gaps in consultation of department heads·
- Leading recruitment by short-listing of candidates through CV search and interviews·
- Development of an employee training program and implementing it to improve employee productivity and motivation·
- Performance evaluation of all employees·
- Dealing with all HR related government departments like SESSI, EOBI etc·
- Payroll processing, final settlements and grievance handling·
- Advise top management on employment related legislation·
- To ensure overall compliance of HR polices and procedures
