1. Create and prepare bakery and dessert items in accordance with the existing menu
2. Decorate cakes and baked goods according to requirements
3. Create baked goods for specific diets (sugar free, diabetes-friendly, etc.)
4. Inspect the quality and quantity of the ingredients issued from store5. Coordinate with Kitchen Manager and prepare demand for the ingredients required for desserts and other baked goods
6. Train the Kitchen staff to meet imposed standards; Organize and supervise while working
7. Organize and conduct tasting sessions as and when required 8. Ensure that Kitchen equipment and utensils clean and maintain the kitchen in good order for proper functioning
