1. Identify and evaluate specific new profitable business opportunities
2. Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities
3. Work with internal teams to deliver outstanding presentation to capture New profitable business Plans/opportunity
4. Work with management team to identify and evaluate market, new target clients
5. Work with management team to develop and implement strategic sales plan
6. Achieve own sales target and lead team to achieve team target and/or overall company target
7. To maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential client
8. Driving peak performance and sales success across the organization
9. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
10. Deliver training to business developers within your organisation
11. Managing underperforming team members
12. Suffering from downturns in the industry and/or economy
13. Losing clients to superior competitors
14. Responding to negative press about the company and/or products
15. Dealing with customers unsatisfied with the quality of the product or service
REQUIREMENTS
1. Proven track record of developing new businesses
2. Strong in client connection and client services
3. Fluent in English and Mandarin
4. 5 years (or plus) of experience in sales/business development
5. Strong responsibility, self-motivated, able to work under high pressure
6. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
7. A passion for sales and a drive to succeed
8. 16 years education(BSc, BS, BBA) in business administration, sales or relevant field
9. Excellent time management and planning skills
