Candidate should be M.B.A (Marketing) from recognized University with 2-3 years experience in Health Sector preferably Hospital. The candidate will be responsible for the following works under supervision of his HOD and independently;
Supervise corporate billing, recovery and corporate patient service delivery in accordance with SOPs
Ensure achievement of monthly recovery targets
Ensure on time billing with zero tolerance for errors
Conduct and report age analysis of receivables on monthly basis to Departmental Manager
Standardize corporate billing and recovery procedures and contract terms
Evolve proposals for negotiation of all rates with corporate clients
Identify and recommend deletion of clients contributing to gross loss
Identify, propose and negotiate contracts with promising new corporate clients
Recommend limits and restrict corporate credit to approved ceilings
Visit existing and prospective corporate clients to pursue recovery of our-due accounts and promote business for CGH
Review and initiate action for resolution of customer complaints related to billing, accounts, and service delivery
Personally manage agitate corporate patients and requests for un-contracted services
Assist HoD in preparing and implementing marketing strategy for CGH
Contribute to preparation of concepts, and layouts for core media items (brochures, ads, websites etc.)
Support in market research and help define brand and marketing strategy.
Develop and maintain Corporate client database
