- To receive & deal with the visiting patients and their companions with honor and respectable manner.
- To perform Phlebotomy (Draw Blood from Patient) according to SOPs.
- To keep and maintain up-dated record of patient’s reports on software and allied information in order to provide on spot information to the querying patients
- To attend phone calls and to provide appropriate guidance / information to the patients on phone.
- Any other responsibility assigned by HOD.
