· To receive & deal with the visiting patients and their companions with honor and respectable manner.
· To guide visiting patients and their companions to the concerned official or department.
· To keep and maintain up-dated record of patient’s reports and allied information in order to provide on spot information to the querying patients.
· To attend phone calls and to provide appropriate guidance / information to the patients on phone.
· To keep up-dated information regarding any change / alteration in predefined procedures or protocols or test reports and to provide accurate information regarding such changes to the asking patients or their companions either on phone or in person.
· To provide immediate information regarding any problem to Lab Manager and to seek information from the Manager regarding any suitable / possible solution of the problem.
· To keep close coordination with all the supporting & technical departments in order to ensure the accuracy of information to be provided to the patients from the front desk.
· To deliver reports to the concerned patients in accordance with the guidance of Lab Manager or preset protocols of CLL after receiving payments.
· To maintain proper record of all payments being collected during specific shift timings and periodic reconciliation of the same with the Accounts Office.
Any other responsibility assigned by HOD.
