2) Providing face to face support as well as over the telephone and emails.
3) Install, set up and administer Windows 7 & 8 computers in a network environment as well as providing network support at Head Office and all sites.
4) Taking Backup of all Servers and users on time to avoid any Data loss.
5) Investigate user problems and follow up on the status of the issues, communicating in a timely manner.
6) SQL Server maintenance & replication and backup on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
7) Local intranet / IT helpdesk Software creation and deployment.
8) Customized forms / intranet / internet portals creation as per Company needs.
Skills
2) MS Office 2007, 2010 and 2013 most notably Outlook 2010 and 2013.
3) Troubleshooting IT related problems from in-house software to hardware, such as Laptops, PCs and Printers.
4) Basic networking skills (LAN, WIFI Routers, Access Points, etc.).
