Responsibilies:
- Conduct thorough quality assessments on sales calls to evaluate adherence to scripng, compliance, and customer service standards.
- Provide construcve feedback and coaching to sales representaves based on assessment findings.
- Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to idenfy training needs and develop targeted improvement plans.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telecom products, promoons, and industry regulaons.
- Generate insighul reports on call quality metrics, highlighng areas for improvement and success.
Qualificaons:
- Previous experience in quality assurance is a plus.
- Excellent communicaon and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret data effecvely.
- Proven ability to provide construcve feedback and support connuous improvement.
Requirements:
- English fluency is a must (Read, Write, Speak), since you will be dealing with US based customers.
- Preference to Female Candidates
