The incumbent will be responsible for all activities related to sales in his area. The key deliverables for this position are:
Market | Sell Smart Control Systems for large scale commercial/residential projects on a nationwide basis
Understand customer requirements and present complete technical solutions & proposals
Generate fresh leads and follow up with potential customers
Efficiently respond to queries and achieve assigned sale targets
Develop & deliver solution presentations, conduct system demonstrations & POCs
Brand promotion and relationship building with Property Owners, Architects, Consultants, Builders & Contractors
Prepare technical specifications & requirement write ups
Develop, submit and negotiate quotes, proposals, marketing materials and related documentation
Traveling within city / within country to visit potential clients
Responsibilities include day to day Sales call, customer visits
Target oriented approach with full fledged command on Pre-sales & Post Sales activities
Able to maintain customer & prospect database
Skills Required
Direct Sales, Lead Generation & Closure, Conversion to sale, Client Follow-ups, Strong negotiation skills
Experience of institutionalized AV, IT sales or high-end residential products & Technology Knowledge a plus
Experience with Audio Video & Lighting Controls Systems for Hotels, Banks, Government, Healthcare, Universities and Upscale Residences a plus
