Client Services Representative Roles and Responsibilities:
Client Services representative will be required to deal with current and potential clients. This job is divided into three parts,
A) Order Management,
B) Dealing with Client queries,
C) Coordinating with the operations Department.
Timings and Salary Package:
We have four different timings; Shift 1, Shift 2, Shift 3 and Shift 4. Each shift is of 6-7 hours.
Shift 1:
Timings: 1 am to 7 am
Salary Package: 15000 – 17000 (with quarterly bonuses on performance)
Shift 2
Timings: 6 am to 1pm noon
Salary Package: 15000 (with quarterly bonuses on performance)
Shift 3:
Timings: 12 noon to 7pm
Salary Package: 15000 (with quarterly bonuses on performance)
Shift 4:
Timings: 6pm noon to 1 am
Salary Package: 15000 (with quarterly bonuses on performance)
Preferences:
1. Candidates having call centre experience would be preferred.
2. Command over English is a must.
3. 24/7 internet connectivity and electricity backup is essential for this job.
