We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Final Expense Life Insurance Closer to join our team. As a Closer, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with potential clients, understanding their needs, and closing final expense life insurance sales over the phone. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity based in Pakistan, with night shift hours.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients who have expressed interest in final expense life insurance products.
Build rapport and establish trust with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized insurance solutions.
Explain policy features, benefits, and premiums to clients clearly and concisely.
Overcome objections and address concerns to effectively close sales.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Familiarity with final expense life insurance products is a plus.
Comfortable working night shift hours.
