This pivotal role encompasses managing the entire bidding process for Odoo ERP-related jobs, including client interactions and the crafting of customized proposals, with a strong focus on upholding exceptional quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through online platforms such as Upwork, leveraging your expertise to understand technical concepts and respond to tender inquiries effectively.
  • Deliver tailored responses to bids that align with client requirements, demonstrating a clear understanding of how our services meet their specific needs.
  • Engage in meticulous research to identify and secure new clients on platforms including Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.com.
  • Develop compelling web content, emails, and project proposals that accurately convey our capabilities and solutions.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of client requirements to devise strategic bidding approaches.
  • Accurately estimate project costs, ensuring proposals are competitive and reflective of client needs.
  • Commit to submitting a minimum of 20 high-quality bids daily, targeting both new and existing clients, within the constraints of deadlines and budget.
  • Cultivate a robust portfolio presence on Upwork and our company website, showcasing our expertise and attracting potential projects.
  • Manage client relationships effectively, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success as an Upwork bidder, with a proven track record of securing projects and achieving results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A deep understanding of diverse industries and the ability to tailor bids to meet varied project requirements.
  • The capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude, with a focus on exceeding targets and expectations.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a portfolio of successful projects.
  • A commitment to maintaining a high rating on all platforms and building healthy, long-term client relationships.
  • Experience in professional technical writing, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
