Job Summary:
Plan, direct, coordinate the operations, sales and profit of all international food franchises/ outlets at multiple locations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review sales and other performance data to measure goal achievements
• Direct and coordinate activities of business and operations concerned with the services, pricing and sales
• Direct administrative activities directly related to daily operations and sales
• Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties
• Monitor suppliers and vendors to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits
• Direct and coordinate financial activities to fund operations, maximize profits and increase sales
• Implement outlets’ policies, goals, objectives and procedures in conjunction with Chairman, Gm and CEO
• Perform personnel functions for outlets such as selection, training and evaluation
• Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions that require coordination with other managers
• Set prices for food and services based on forecasts of customer demand
• Manage the movement of goods into and out of outlets to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability
• Perform sales floor work, such as greeting and assisting customers
• Develop and implement product marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns and sales promotions
• Implement and oversee environmental management addressing issues such as conservation and waste management
• Monitor staff performance
• Travel to different outlets for managing operations
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Knowledge:
• Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources
• Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
• Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems

Education:
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree
Work Experience Requirements:
7 - 9 years’ experience with exposure of minimum 5 stores under supervision
