We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team in South West Region Multan. The Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving sales and business development activities in the south-west region of Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales coordination, client visits, market analysis for supply chain optimization and supporting the line manager in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination:

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Client Visits:

Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Present product/service offerings effectively and address client inquiries or concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Market Analysis and Supply Chain Matters:

Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
Monitor supply chain processes and recommend optimizations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.

Sales and Business Development Support:

Assist the line manager in developing and implementing sales plans and strategies.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase company offerings.
Collaborate with the central and north teams to align sales efforts and share best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or Business Management (BBA).
Fresh Graduate- 1-year experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Basic understanding of sales principles and processes.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend events, and support sales activities.
Motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and drive to achieve sales targets.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and industry trends.
Previous experience in sales, customer support, or technical roles is a plus but not required.
