We are currently seeking experienced and fluent Inbound Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries from customers regarding AT&T,Spectrum services during US time hours .

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound sales calls from customers interested in AT&T and Spectrum services.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

Previous experience in inbound sales or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
Fluent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to work US time hours.
Strong sales acumen and persuasive communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales software.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor\\\'s degree preferred.
