Connect Immediately requires an Officer Corporate Projects - Female who should be from sales/marketing background and should possess good knowledge of ISPs and Telecommunication industry. Experienced Female professionals will be preferred and paid market competitive packages.
Duties:
- Providing infra feasibility by doing coordination with the client.
- Arranging coordination between infra team and customer for deployment.
- Coordination with client for acceptance of the link after testing for proceeding billing.
- Making proposals upon client requests.
- Maintaining physical database (customer signup, pta and deployment forms).
- Coordination with noc team for expediting the configuration for new deployed link.
- Coordination with support team for expediting the resolution.
