Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective students for various universities. With prime responsibility of one university, actively pursuing leads, reaching out to potential and existing students.
Make weekly/ monthly visit plans and get them approved from immediate line manager and update visit plans on weekly basis
Contacting prospective students through telephone or through face-to-face meetings and negotiating all terms.
Provide appropriate counselling and support services to prospective applicants on suitable courses and study options at various Universities
Recruit foundation, undergraduate and postgraduate students through agreed activities.
Provide application processes following guidelines set by company and the institution.
Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities and determine cross-selling opportunities among different offices.
Supervise the student relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists.
Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities
Explain prospective clients about the advantages of the various universities and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.
