Age : 25 to 35 Years (approx)
Qualification : Intermediate (Minimum).
Experience : Experience minimum of 8 years in Sales with 2 Years of Manager.
Software : Having detailed knowledge in software handling and also training to the staff.
I.Q Level : I.Q must be reasonable necessary for understanding company operation system software + inventory.
Shop Display / Maintenance : Able to Display the shop properly including maintenance cleaning.
Visual Merchandising : If good in V.M this would be considered additional qualification, (must be know the basics of Visual Merchandising)
Job Record : Previous Experience is of longer employments with job & he must have valid reasons of leaving previous job/jobs.
Appearance : Formal/Decent Appearance Reasonable (no punk hairstyling / no casual dressing /appearance allowed)
Back Ground : Family Back Ground (Father, Brother, Uncles professional & other things considered for employment) Honesty : Must Check from market reputation (Thefts/Defaulters) will not be considered.
Language/Accent : Urdu accent must be above average to good for Karachi. In Punjab (average would be acceptable) not below average. Inventory : Should be a responsible person with Inventory handling / management (Inventory management experience in previous jobs are must).
Storage : Must know product Storage in shop and it's management for sales.
Customer Dealing /Services : Must be good in Sales, but Customer Satisfaction would be the maximum requirement.
Sales Staff Handling : Must have the ability/ maturity to handle the sales staff.
Shop Maintenance : Must have the experience of Shop Maintenance in previous Job.
HR Policies : Must have the abilities to enforce Companies Management / Administration direction
