- Effective customer liaison to ensure all agreed requirements of the customers are fulfilled
- Ensure that OTIF (On time In Full) commitment with the customer is honored
- Collect and compile data pertaining to customer complaints and suggest appropriate corrective actions within the relevant work domain, after consultation with the immediate supervisor
- Ensure timely dispatch and approval of production sample to the customer prior to sending the shipment.
- Ensure consistent coordination and follow up with production to meet customer requirements and timelines
- Timely data entry of trims and fabric in the ERP system, as per the Time & Action Plan
