Look after start to end recruitment process.
Review budget report on monthly basisMonthly head count report
Quarterly and Annual resource plan reports
Prepare the annual strategic HR Strategic Resource Plan, in coordination with the departmental heads, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers, skill types and skill levels.
Ensure that salary packages within company are comparable to market data
Regularly prepare a monitoring report of the salary structure and benefits provision, to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff
Prepare budget proposal in coordination with immediate superviso
rReview and evaluate the monthly payroll before getting it approved by Manager HR
Develop Incentive Criteria and KPIs
Collect all monthly reports relating to KPIs
Coordinate with HODs, Manager HR and Manager OD to ensure that all changes in organogram are recorded in a timely manner
