Critically analyses the cutting plan to avoid any discrepancies
Ensure production planning to achieve targets
Cutting relevant discrepancy management
Report generation. ( daily working report, cp meeting reports)
Attend the weekly cp meeting and highlight the issues that come in week related to cutting.
Attend the weekly production meeting and discuss with ppc to all stake holders for smooth feeding.
Attend the quality and rejection meeting, discuss the issues related rejection.
Attend all root cause meeting (if any) or measurement issues, work on its findings with all consensuses and give its preventive action
Ensure that embroidery & printing monthly plan is made after consideration of all possible angles and is communicated and implemented in letter and spirit
Better coordination with external suppliers for improved commercial embroidery and printing
Ensure that all mechanical equipment used in the embroidery process is fully maintained
Implement 5s methodology to improve housekeeping standards
Ensure health, safety and environment policies and procedures are followed.
Sop compliance management
Audit (external / internal) coordinate with the compliance department and concerned department about schedule of the external and internal audits.
Implement and maintain hr systems according to defined standards
Kpis are measured for the technical department on the basis of marker efficiency, initial vs. closing consumption variance, specs variation at final audit, throughput time of cutting, shrinking variation and plan vs. actual quantity in cutting
Ensure housekeeping requirements are being met in areas of influence
