- Keep up to date about the new trends & requirements of the existing customers and make sure that the appropriate GDP & GWP processes takes place.
- Suggest merchandiser and fabric sourcing department about the suitability of fabric selection for particular washes to achieve desired customer specific washes.
- In order to ensure that all recipes are entered and posted correctly in software review report from PD department on a daily basis.
- Develop Sustainable washes to meet current and future market trends.
- Help Manager to minimize the processes cost and factory overheads to control the washing cost and ultimately to compete the market for product sales.
- Keep focusing to minimizing the chemical, water and energy during wash processes design of garment to minimize the company overheads.
- Prepare every 3 day washing plan for his team to laminar flow PD Sampling GWP working and ensure the execution of these plans from Process Engineers.
- Make sure that proto sample garment leg tubes must be sent to the lab & pass the testing procedure & test results communicated to merchandiser by Testing Lab.
- Ensure the training run as per plan and enhance technical skills and develop as per Module design and report to Manager.
- Ensure that sampling is as per the set standards and given guidelines in order to avoid any kind of rework at each stage of the garment processing Dry or Wet.
- Make sure that SOPs of all the processes being carried out in the department are available.
- Assist the Manager and the manager in creating and implementing KPIs for the department.
