General Summary
The position holder is required to support accounting and finance activities and Assistant Manger Finance for the smooth departmental operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for all kind of entries to the accounting software on regular basis.
2. Responsible for the file management system pertaining to accounts & finance.
3. Responsible for the preparation of Journal Vouchers.
4. Responsible for the outdoor work including the following, but not limited to:
a. Depositing cash and cheques.
b. Encashment of cheques.
c. Payment of utility bills.
d. Submission of documents to banks etc.
e. Collection of stamp papers and other misc. works as assigned by the branch manager.
5. Assisting superiors in day to day finance & accounts activities.
