Cretesol (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking applications for RSM position for its building chemicals division:
1. Establish sales by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
2. Periodically review distributors’ performance and check on gaps in performance and seek reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps
3. Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams. Achieve & execute North Region sales budgets - volumes & price
4. Seeking new income generation opportunities and develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all product categories. Work with third parties to assess distribution and flagship network opportunities'.
5. Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual sales budget.
6. Aiming to attain pre-determined targets in their assigned regions.
7. Current market analysis; assessing market size and market share
8. Monitor competitor’s business moves to strategize in challenging market landscape.
9. Key accounts/Distributors (North) induction and ensure price, volume deliverables
10. Keep a tab on arithmetic calculations, pricing structures, gross margin and profitability in the region.
11. Ensure premium price positioning in the North market
