CTO 24/7 Private Limited is looking to hire a full time “HR Generalist” to fulfill the Recruitment and HR Operational needs of the company. The candidate must have working experience of 4 to 5 years with the relevant industry and will be responsible for;
- Effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally
- Providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market
- Active use of recruitment tools: job flow – hire system
- Work closely with HODs to deliver recruitment needs
- Having follow up and coordination with recruitment channels
- Coordinating with universities, events in relation to targeted hires
- Assist in other operations of HR
