1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills - must be able to communicate with our US staff
2. Author code for projects that reside in highly available, clustered environment with strong security concerns
3. Strong analysis and debugging skills
4. Present design ideas to dev team for review
5. Create supporting technical documentation
6. Develop technical designs
7. Identify potential problems and recommend alternative solutions
8. Assist in programming estimates
9. Complete assigned software development and/or maintenance tasks in a timely and accurate manner
10. Report the status of assigned software development and/or maintenance tasks
11. Work in close cooperation with project managers and other functional team members to form a team effort in development
12. Provide 3rd level support
13. Java, HTML, CSS, and cross-browser layout issues
14. JavaScript Library
15. Spring framework experience
16. Adobe CQ5 or Adobe Experience Manager experience will be preferred
17. Experience/Knowledge of Sling, JCR & Jackrabitt, OSGi will be preferred
