· Handling company files
· Drafting important documentation on behalf of the company
· Handling paperwork for foreign remittances
· Corresponding with SECP, State Bank and Chamber of Commerce
· Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors
· Developing and managing strategies to ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements
· Organising, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and managing board resolutions
· Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action.
