Upon successful management of the category for a period of 2 years, based on your passion, to move into other facets of marketing such as, communications or market research. You will have also the opportunity to move into Sales or After-sales Customer Services

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The key deliverable for this position are:

  • Developing Annual Operating Plan
  • Competitive Intelligence through market visits.
  • New Product Development through IPDP.
  • Demand Supply Analysis through PSI.
  • Pricing Strategy through PVL (Six Sigma Tool)
  • Category manager is responsible to gather consumer insights through monthly interactions with consumers to identify unmet needs and generate ideas for new product/ features selection.
  • Develop advertising and promotion strategies with communication team including Advertising, Brand Activation, Digital & PR plans for existing & new products
