As Deputy Manager Production, you will be expected to head a production section within 2 years with andhead a large production area 2 years after that. From Deputy Manager Production to Factory Manager position can take 5 years for the right candidate.
The company also provides opportunities for cross-functional movements from manufacturing into areas such as quality, design, maintenance, plant engineering, supply chain and customer services if ones passion so demands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The key deliverables for this position are:
- Achievement of productivity and quality benchmarks
- Achievement of production targets as per plans
- Controlling material wastages
- Ensuring that plant and machinery are in excellent condition at all times.
- Coach & train workers in their assigned areas to achieve optimum output
