Real Estate Consultant

Deal & Deals is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing property sales deals. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Prospect potential clients and identify their needs and preferences.

• Conduct property tours and provide information about available properties.

• Negotiate terms of sale and draft sales contracts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
