--Equipment Operations& Maintenance Plan based on machine usage across all Business Area(s). --Implementation of E&P Overhauling Plan. --Ensure safe execution of heavy lifts --Up-gradation and modification of equipment --Equipment mobilization / movement based on project operations --Define and maintain the inventory (minimum / maximum level) of E&P spare --Planning and establishment of E&P workshop facilities at site across the company --Rigging studies and method statements for heavy lifts --Ensure implementation of E&P systems at all BAs in order to monitor Equipment availability, efficiency and health of equipment, POL consumption of equipment, O&M cost --Proper O&M of equipment
