- To initiate indent as per requirement.
- To provide stationery and allied items to various departments by request through store requisition form or stationery requisition form.
- To provide required items in kitchen, and distribution, for charging to various cost centers.
- To make all Gate Passes (Inward, outward, returnable, on-returnable) as per company policy and keep their record.
- To allocate codes to all Fixed Assets and update their record in FAMS.
- To ensure that inventory of store is kept as per Company policy.
- To maintain minimum inventory level of all store items and raised indent as per requirement.
- Maintain monthly reports of all gate passes.
Taking the Ownership of Company QHSE Policy:
- Accountable to create a safe working environment, manage risks, reduce exposure to hazardous liability and ensure implementation of QHSE policy.
- Comply with all QA/QC standards (DIMS standards) as applicable to the company systems, policies, procedures, and documents in order to deliver the expected quality of work.
