Responsibilities

  • Strategic Client & Business Development
  • Responsible for the account management function serving as the primary point of contact for their accounts.
  • Understand client needs/objectives, develop strategies and recommendations
  • Contact clients on a regular basis including in-depth weekly or monthly calls to review campaign performance, suggesting additional digital marketing strategies and campaign optimizations to continuously improve results.
  • Maintain or improve account profitability
  • Keep current on the latest trends in the digital industry.
  • Identifies and oversees the implementation of innovative business development and sales strategies by leveraging service offerings in company’s horizontal and vertical markets
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and account plans on an ongoing basis
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Managing quality assurance programs.
  • Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency
  • Effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects with continuously rolling schedule
