- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share, increase revenue, and achieve sales targets. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and targets. Analyze market data, sales trends, and computer activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the elevator and escalator market. Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and secure new projects,
- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as project management and customer service to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and excellent customer support.
- Lead, monitor, provide training, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policy, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Promote a culture of integrity and customer-centricity within the sales team.
Qualification:
- Should have a bachelor's degree in mechanical or have a Masters degree.
- Should have 7-8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
