• Function as intermediary management level between service centers and HO
• Oversee day to day working of the SCs
• Act as focal point for management of corporate clients’ complaints
• Ensure implementation of HO policies and instructions.
• Monitor KPIs of the SCs & Guide SCs for achieving and maintaining the KPIs
• Recommend growth and expansion plans to HO.
• Forecast requirements of HR, Parts and supplies for efficient and effective CS
• Liaise with HO, Stores, TIC and TI & Q for timely availability of support to SCs
• Visit SCs and ensure their operations, documentation and general upkeep
• Conduct performance appraisal of the Center in-charges and other staff of the SCs
• Maintain close liaison with sales for high profile customers
• Assist SC in-charges in prioritization of customer complaints
