1. Candidate must have good expertise on Huawei LTE FDD/TDD and UMTS System of Huawei
2. Candidate should have worked on Huawei products below but not limited to
a. 3G/UMTS (BSC6900, BSC6910, BTS3803E, BTS3900, BTS3902E, NodeB3812E and others)
b. LTE/4G (BTS3900, BTS3900L, BTS3900AL and others)
3. Candidate should have worked on LTE/3G planning and optimization activities below but not limited to
a. PCI, PRACH, TAC/TAL, Neighbor Planning and optimization
b. Scrambling, Power, Code, Neighbor planning and Optimization
c. Drive test based optimization and troubleshooting, call flow analysis
4. Candidate should have good understanding on Huawei Counters and KPI’s (Accessibility, Retainability, User/Cell Throughput, spectral efficiency etc) for LTE/UMTS. Candidate must be proficient in using Huawei internal and 3rd party optimization and performance tools.
5. Candidate should have good understanding and live project experience on multilayer network for LTE/UMTS
6. LTEßàUMTS, LTEßàLTE idle mode and connected mode load balancing with and without Load Balancing feature
7. Candidate should have good understanding and live project experience on Huawei feature like : VoLTE, eSRVCC, MLB, MRO, CSFB aICIC, eICIC, MIMO etc
8. Candidate should have good understanding on Huawei new site integration, adding new layer to existing site, defining RET, Alarm related to service affecting KPI’s
9. Experience of 5 years or more is desirable but not necessary.
