- - Cold calling to new customers/clients for onboarding our newly launched Accounting Software
- - Physically visiting companies for gathering leads and achievement of sales targets
- - Prepare weekly reports on performance, customer base, queries and bugs
- - Any Other task assigned by the project manager
- - Handle customer queries - both outbound and inbound
- - Ability to talk and convince customers over phone
- - Comfortable with working on spreadsheets/Excel sheets
