Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify trends and develop product ideas
Collaborate with designers and engineers to execute concepts
Create spec sheets to communicate product requirements
Monitor production schedules to ensure deadlines are met
Assist with quality control testing
Gathering of market intelligence on new products, industry trends, competitive development and constant evaluation of potential new product lines
Work closely with different stakeholders in the company
Analyze product performance data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to optimize the product portfolio and identify new market opportunities

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Business/Sales/Marketing/IT or equivalent
Customer-driven and result-oriented
Meticulous, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
A team player with leadership quality, excellent communication, analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills
