- Analyze, design, build, test and document complex data conversion and integration solution

⦁ Design and develop ETL mappings using SSIS, Talend, and other leading ETL tools.
⦁ Analyze, design, build, test and document complex data conversion and integration solutions
⦁ Work with business groups to develop and implement business rules to be used for ETL processes
⦁ Manage team code standards, integrity of code base, enforce proper source control and
⦁ re-usability of extract and load code as well as various standard transformations that will apply to all systems
⦁ Establish policies and best practices for optimizing ETL data throughput/accessibility create and maintain business intelligence and data migration design principles using industry best practices
⦁ Develop database design and architecture documentation for the management and executive teams
⦁ mapping out the conceptual design for a planned database;
⦁ considering both back-end organization of data and front-end accessibility for end-users;
⦁ refining the logical design so that it can be translated into a specific data model;⦁ further refining the physical design to meet system storage requirements;
