We require Food Safety & Quality Manager with minimum 1 years of experience. Position is permanent, based at one of our Partner Company with the name of Food Festival at Multan.
You will have to work at Production department and ensure the quality of the food according to the company’s policy.

Bachelors Degree in Food Science, Chemistry or Microbiology preferred
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures finished goods are in accordance with customer and company quality control guidelines.
- Communicates with management in regards to production schedules, production problems and employee problems daily with respect to food safety.
- Establishes and maintains plant policies, procedures and guidelines consistent with company policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Assists in supervising all plant employees, monitoring the quality of work and instructing employees on updated products and procedures on a daily or weekly basis.
- Performs other related duties as assigned; prioritizing work orders and assuring work is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Oversees a daily inventory of all packing materials and assists with maintaining a proper level of inventory to conduct routine business.
- Establishes and maintains training programs in all areas of plant operations including quality, food-safety, environmental concerns and efficient manufacturing practices.
- Investigates and reports any food safety violations.
- Coordinates investigation and creates corrective actions as needed.
- Recommends policies and procedures to ensure that food safety and security of the corporation’s personnel, buildings and fixtures are maintained.
- Arranges for periodic inspection of all safety and security equipment including fire extinguishers, smoke alarms and other equipments
- Provides training to all personnel and management regarding proper food-safety procedures.
