Specific Tasks and Responsibilities
- She will responsible for / support ANC, assist in safe and clean deliveries and PNC as per EHSAR, and WHO guidelines.
- She will support routine EPI (Expanded Programme of Immunization) in the BHU.
- She will keep and maintain the record of vaccination and maintenance of logistics related to EPI
- She will participate and assist to Medical doctor in preparation/compilation of project medical data daily, weekly and monthly report
- She will work closely with medical team and other supporting staff.
- She will help the Medical Doctor and Pharmacist as requested by the Medical Supervisor
- She will provide daily and weekly vaccination report, ANC & PNC accurately in time
- Providing feedback to the Medical Offcer in issues related to the vaccination, ANC, PNC and safe and clean delivery at health facility.
- Assist in HP activities to ensure effective health promotion and good community relations
- She will keep and maintain the record of dressings and vaccination and other related task.
- Participate in outreach activities such as trauma assessment, vaccination campaigns and PHC mobile clinics.
- Traveling extensively when required
- Assisting in emergency response to disease outbreaks in case of need.
- Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
